About Textcase

In the historical city of Deventer, different worlds become one. For more than 45 years, a passion for language has been connecting thousands of translation specialists from various cultures in our office: the dynamic centre of an ever-growing network with a shared love of native languages around the world.

The reliable translation partner

Textcase is specialised in high-quality corporate, commercial and creative translations. Our experienced team is used by international publishers and businesses, non-profit organisations, online marketing agencies, authors and many other clients. We have been providing translations by native speakers to and from almost every language for over 45 years. And we’re looking forward to fulfilling the role of reliable, strong and versatile translation partner in an ever-changing world for many years to come.

Nurturing language and culture

We are ambitious and we see improving international communication by providing high-quality translations as a challenge. As international borders become more blurred, we nurture cultures and linguistic differences. Our translators and marketers speak the native language and often live in the country for which the texts are intended. This enables us to localise translations with a sense of nuance and culture and, in doing so, we are able to bring people closer together. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality texts that respond to today’s demands, using clear, contemporary language for a global audience.

Passion and vision

An international vision of communication, a passion for language and a network filled with organisational and translating talent, all continuously connected with one another. This is what we stand for and what we’re proud of. Above all, we are constantly improving and strengthening our network, keeping a close eye on the current and future needs of the translation market. Project managers, translators and online marketers work closely together to effectively promote your product, service or message in a new language market. Our personal contact and our ability to add value to the translation have helped us become the preferred translation partner for many customers.

International communication

In addition to the translation of books, websites and corporate documents, we also take the partnership to the next level by taking full ownership of all international corporate and commercial communication. We keep prospective customers and followers informed through social media and provide carefully tailored AdWords and SEO campaigns to help you reach and move an international audience. We take your translation to the other side of the world with passion, expertise and a competitive rate.
